Spring Regatta Dinner Saturday 26th May

Starter

– Steamed Deben asparagus, poached hens egg and hollandaise sauce

Main Course

– Herb roasted cod, charred courgettes, crushed new potatoes, tomato, wild garlic and basil vinaigrette

Dessert

– Rhubarb tart tatin, ginger nut crumb, honey and vanilla Chantilly cream
