MEMBER’S CARD:  If you use your AYC Member’s Card, this will give you a discount on all food and drink purchased.  Credit cards can be taken but the discount won’t apply.

If a weekend or event is going to be busy, we ask that you top up your card before the event as it saves time at the Bar.

RIVERVIEW FOR DRINKS:  We do ask that the soft seating in Riverview is for drinks and light snacks only.  All meals should be enjoyed in the dining area or on the Terrace.  Riverview has been created for relaxing drinks and the chairs don’t like soggy bottoms, or the remnants of a child’s tomato ketchup – or at least the next person sitting in them doesn’t enjoy inheriting these from the previous resident.

CLUB RULES REGARDING PICNICS AND OWN DRINKS:  As Members are all aware, the Club rules do state that any food and drinks consumed on the Terrace and in the Club Room must be purchased from the Bar and Galley. Picnics and your own drinks should be enjoyed on the beach or your boat.

DOGS:  A reminder that well behaved dogs are now welcome on the Terrace BUT NOT inside the Club or in the Dinghy Park. This has been recently changed to avoid dogs being left tethered on the car park side of the club. However, they must be with their owner and kept on a short lead.

Any badly behaved dogs will ruin this new rule for others – we don’t want to be in a position where our Salty Seadogs are banned from AYC. So please keep your dog under control.
