17:30 - Registration opens.

18:00 - Parents/guardians: welcome drinks

Competitors: rigging, tuning and sailing tips in the marquee

• Sunday 10th August: Bingo with Chips & Dips
  

17:45 - Arrive.

18:00 - First ball drawn.

£8 per head

• Monday 11th August: Enchanted Disco
  

8:00pm to 11:00pm. Going into Year 9 and above.

£8 per head / free for entrants

• Tuesday 12th August: Family BBQ
  

18:30 - Family BBQ.

Under 9s = £9, 10–16-year-olds = £11 and Over 16s = £15)

• Wednesday 13th August: Laser Ball - Black Tie Dinner
  

19:30 - Pre-Dinner Drinks, Dinner and Dancing.

23:30 - Carriages.

Dress: Black Tie with tidal Bling. Ages: Strictly for those going into Year 10 in September 2025 and above.

Notes on Registering for the Junior & Youth Regatta:

• Paper entry - A paper form can be made available on request from the office if you cannot enter online.

• Entering online - Once your entry has been submitted, it will go to the office for approval. Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation email. If you haven't had one, your registration hasn't been completed. Payment is being accepted by credit/debit card via the online entry form this year. *

*There will be an option to select a BACS payment, please note that if you don't make payment, your entry will not be approved.
