Miso glazed salmon fermented spiced vegetables, pickled bean sprouts, sweet & salt cucumber
Roast cauliflower and cumin arancini, creamed spinich with raisins and toasted sunflower seeds
Flaked Gressingham duck confit salad, cornichons & capers, flat leaf parsley, pancetta and lentil dressing
Main Course
Roast beef with roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and seasonal vegetables
Herby breast of chicken, fondont potato, braised red cabbage, tenderstem broccoli and jus
Baked seabass, rosemary & garlic bashed potatoes, steamed kale, fine beans and salsa verde
Dessert
Apple tart tatin, butterscotch and clotted cream
Rhubard and cinnamon crumble with ice cream
Chocolate tart with spiced plums in ginger, vanilla mascarpone
