Inspiring Supper with Nigel Gambier: Saturday 5th April
Bar opens at 18:00 and talks starts at 18:30. On 5th April, Nigel Gambier, AYC Member and Enthusiast among the Loch Long Fleet, will give an account of his 20,000km drive from Buenos Aires to New York in his 1935 Lagonda. The menu is braised lamb shank with parsley and horseradish mash, steamed kale and red cabbage followed by pecan pie with vanilla creme anglaise.
